Your $5 membership is a contribution to a public kindness fund. We keep the refund process simple and fair.
30-day window
You can request a full refund within 30 days of joining. After 30 days, your membership is considered active and non-refundable because the funds may already be allocated to upcoming kindness grants.
How to request a refund
Email support@sharepayitforward.com with the email address you used to join. Include your payment confirmation or member email and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
What happens to the fund
Refunds are deducted from the community grant pool, not from issued grants. This protects the real people and causes already helped by your contribution.
