What membership is

A one-time $5 USD payment gives you lifetime membership: a member badge, a member page, and a personal ripple link you can share. Membership is a voluntary contribution to a community fund, not an investment, security, or income opportunity.

Where the $5 goes

• $3.55 — community grant pool that funds $5 acts of kindness.
• $1.00 — platform and operations (the founder’s share).
• $0.45 — card processing fees (actual amounts vary slightly).

Real totals are reconciled from payment records and published in the monthly Ripple Report.

No payouts, ever

Sharing your ripple link earns you no money, commission, credit, or reward of any kind. There is no downline, no tiers, and no recruitment income. This is not a multi-level marketing program. Referral counts exist only so you can see the ripple you started.

Grants

Anyone may request a grant, member or not. Membership is never required to apply or to receive one. Grants are discretionary, limited by available funds, and typically reviewed within 7 days. We may decline any request, and we may publish the grant recipient, amount, and public proof link as part of our transparency commitment. Do not submit private or sensitive information in a grant request.

Refunds

If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of your payment and we will refund your $5 in full, provided the funds have not already been granted out. After that, contributions are non-refundable because the money has gone to the community pool.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misrepresent the program as an earnings or investment opportunity.
• Don’t spam your ripple link or share it where sharing is not permitted.
• Don’t submit fraudulent grant requests or falsified proof.

We may revoke membership benefits for abuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

No warranty; limits

The site and membership are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (that is, $5).
